Big head is a temporary toon effect as a reward for completing certain "Just for Fun!" toontasks.
Trivia
- While walking in a cog suit, toons with the big head effect will have an even larger head.
- When a toon is "IT" in the trolley game Toon Tag, it is given a large head to distinguish it from the others during the game. A big red arrow with the yellow word "IT" will also point downwards towards the "IT" toon.
- Any accessories that are worn on the head (a hat or cap) will also enlarge to fit the large head.
