Hi toons! Corky here! Today I will be talking about the debate that has been going on for a while. Are Bossbot Fronts too long?
In my opinion, I really do think they are too long, and here is why. I was doing a front 3 yesterday which took me about 15- 20 minutes. Front threes are not this issue here though. It's the sixes and nines. I also did a six yesterday and that took me almost an hour. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? AN HOUR?! Yes I did just get a little crazy there but seriously it really should not take that long. I should also mention that this had no training involved in it what-so-ever. If this took an hour, just imagine how long a nine would have taken.
Well toons, that was my rant for tonight. see you all later.

Rest in peace, Toontown. June 2, 2003 - September 19, 2013. It was a great game. I played it alot when I was a child, and I was very sad when it closed. Toontown was a very nostalgic game. Thank you for your time.Read more >
' Well hello there fellow Toontown Wiki toons , I haven't been here in awhile [well actually I've been kinda stalking wiki on and off] but let me cut to the chase, so I heard that Jesse Schell mentioned that he is still' working on the original Toontown Online coming back...Do you guys believe it will actually return or no? To me I really am not looking forward to it coming back because I honestly DO NOT feel like paying a subscription every month again......Read more >

Hey everyone! It seems like we've gotten a sudden boost of activity, so I figured I should make a quick post about what we're currently doing here. Now that Toontown Online is gone, we're trying to fix up everything to (as I like to call it) "museum status." This means to get everything in order so we can preserve the game as it was.
We are unsure of how many pictures/descriptions we're missing. Some pictures need to be replaced while descriptions need to be verified (and corrected if necessary). Toonography cards should be put on the respective NPC's page, cogs on the respective cog's page, etc, as well as on the Trading cards page itself. Please do not steal images off the internet! Always ask for permission first!

A long time ago, a much smaller version of me devoted a lot of my life to this wiki. Me and several others actually rediscovered this wiki and brought it from a sad shell of a website to much of what it is now. For years I edited here. Me and many others it seems have disappeared from this wiki. When I see this wiki, I can see what the passage of time can do. This wiki was a major stage in my (relatively short) life that ended long ago. But I never offically said farewell. I attempted several times over the past couple of years to return to the wiki, but it never happened. I started editing here when I was 10 years old. Now, at 15, I am officially saying goodbye.

In an interview with Jesse Shcell(https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mw5eS6v_75I), I was able to get some information about unreleased projects originally planned to be in Toontown Online!
1. FUNNY FARMS WAS ONCE REAL. But it was never released.
2. There was going to be a Playground owned by Goofy which would probably be the most wacky. In fact, you'd be upside down!
3. When racing was implemented, they went back and forth about letting you drive around Toontown instead of walking, though that was still an option.
4. There was once going to be a game mode called "Toon on Toon Combat." Jesse ALWAYS thought it would be released, but it never was.
5. NOT EVEN JESSE knows what was behind that never-released Acorn Acres Tunnel. It's a mystery to everyo…

1) Teamwork is encouraged in Toontown but the thing that I like so much about that is that I think it's actually a very biblical kind of idea because God encourages teamwork with others as well. After all, "two are better off than one, because together they can work more effectively. If one of them falls down, the other can help him up. But if someone is alone and falls, it's just too bad, because there is no one to help him.," (Ecclesiastes 4:9-12), just like how if you're with a group and you run low on Laff, one of your teammates can Toon you up, but if you're soloing and you run low on Laff, well, you get the idea. And Coach Z even made videos that were meant to show us Toons how to work as a team, with him even saying so in one video …Read more >

I've noticed that gags' articles provide an equation for calculating at what number of skill points at which a certain gag is improved. The result for this equation is (in most if all cases) a number with a decimal point. The number is then rounded, and used to calculate some or all the points where the damage of the gag increases.
For instance, in the Birthday Cake article, the following equation is used to calculate the gap between the skill points for any new damage boost:

Lets start off with Trap.
- It's the most powerful gag.
- A organic level seven trap can destroy a group of four level twelve cogs.
- It has perfect accuracy.
- The cog needs to be lured after the trap is used for it to hit.
- If you're alone, it could take two or more turns for you to use trap, then lure.
- You can carry less trap gags then any other gag type.
- You cannot use more than 1 trap on a cog, or the traps will cancel out and will do nothing.
Now for Drop.
- It is the second most powerful gag.
- Except for the piano, Drop gags are already at their maximum damage when first gotten.
- Throw, Squirt, Sound and Trap increase the chance of Drop hitting
- It has low accuracy
- Drop always misses on lured c…

Hi there. Why am I writing this if I have retired from the wiki?
I may have retired as administrator, but I have been brought with concerns over site-wide protection/closure. Therefore, I want to set things straight.
I have contacted Wikia concerning this issue. I will sum up what is written on the email:
- Administrators may not do a site-wide closure of a wiki for more than one day. The "special circumstances" are not present in this case. The only case Wikia Staff will ever protect a wiki is under extreme cases of a spambot or a particular bad vandalism outbreak. Even more to speak, the protection of the wiki will never exceed 12 hours.
- In the case that the administrators do take this particular action to close the wiki, Wikia Staff may and will…

Well, the time has come once again for me to step up for this wiki's benefit.
I am looking to adopt (that is, to gain bureaucrat rights) this wiki due to a few circumstances. Our current adopter has been inactive for several months and will remain that way for several more. Our other administrator, who was the second most active user here, recently resigned from his position. That makes me the most active user here who is suitable for the job.
In order to adopt I need a community consensus. If everything goes well I will apply in one week.
Thanks for reading. I would appreciate if you would comment your opinion below. :)Read more >
Hey toons! I can't believe it's been a while since Toontown closed. Ever since then, Toontown Wiki just sort of fell in the hole. But that's not the point of this blog entry.
I never looked forward to writing this blog entry. But honestly, this blog entry has been long overdue. I have gotten to the point where I cannot edit at least once a month. So, I am here to say one last thing...
Farewell my fellow toons. It's been a great run, having been here since July 2010. Almost four years into the wiki, but it's time I move on to other projects and also focus on what's really important to me. I may finish a few things before officially leaving, but this is my resignation post.

Now, don't get me wrong, I'm very sad that Toontown closed, but it's helped to learn something I'll never forget.
Toontown helped me learn that everything is from God, and he didn't put these things in our lives just for our enjoyment. He put them in our lives so we would use them to glorify and honor him, and I know that not everything I've done on Toontown was to glorify and honor him. In fact, not really anything I've done on Toontown was for that purpose.
But today I know that giving glory and honor to God is what I should have been using Toontown for. In fact, we all should have been using Toontown to give glory and honor to God. In fact, I wish that was what we all had used Toontown for since day one.
So if we ever get to play Toontown …Read more >
Hi guys~ You've noticed that I've been gone for like, 7 months. There's a few reasons for that
Semester 2 started in February and I've been trying to keep up. I really want good grades, so that's why wiki is not too important to me anymore.
After Toontown closed, I started getting harrassed a little bit on other websites, and then I continued to suffer anxiety and depression, even thinking about dying.
Life hasn't been on the up and up lately. My mom and her dumb boyfriend are getting married at the end of July, which I'm not even excited for, and I've been hiding way too much.
I'm sorry guys, but I'm now 15, I have a new life, I want to live it. I'm on other websites too, just send me a message on my talk …Read more >

Hi everyone, I forgot to post this earlier, but I've been move locking the most important articles on the wiki. This mean they cannot be renamed by anyone other than an administrator. As an ongoing process of securing the wiki after the game closed, I hope that this will discourage users from making decisions about naming and reorganizing articles their own way, and maybe make vandalism harder to see on the wiki activity page. If nothing else, I don't think they need to be renamed anyway because we're fairly confident about their names.
If you think a page needs to be renamed please post a blog post to talk about it, or if it is a mistake, ask an administrator to fix it.
Thanks.Read more >
Guys, it has been almost four and a half months since Toontown closed, and I have already cried many times over it. Seriously, we need to get Toontown back. We need to work together to achieve this, so...

Disney has some Toontown games on their site. The thing is, they are not that good. First there is Cog Invasion - Throwing. The first thing I wanna mention is these take forever to load! The game starts out with a generic start screen. There is a Seafoam Rabbit that looks like her hand is jacked up and covered in ink. It may look like it is from the game, but I know it was just an artist having an off day. There is a little badge saying "Toon Training Lesson #425". Upon clicking the play button you are treated to the game as most flash games go. It states the Toontask; to protect Silly Street, The Objective; To destroy the Cogs, and the Reward: Gradually getting better gags. When getting gags, first it just gives it to you, but then the ne…Read more >
Disney's Toontown Online is now closed but keep the Toon inside of you alive for years to come, everyone! By continuing to show our support for this game - by showing Disney how much we love it - we may see it return one day. Whether in the control of Disney, Schell Games, or some other company, look forward to the day that Toontown will return. Show your support in any way that you can, as often as you can. When you think about toontown you probably would think the main battle is against the cogs and i have to say thats not the truth.
There were Three real battles in toontown online
1st Of course the cogs
2nd Hackers We won the cogs but its debated if we beat this battle Disney alied with us on this one but that brings me to the third battle
3rd Disney This is the current battle and we arent alone on this one Pixie Hollow players And Pirates of The Carribbian players are in on this one and someday we will win

Lots of reasons why toontown has closed have been floating around but theres one that many people belive that draw together a couple of reasons
Not Disneys Fault
" The hackers inplanted a virus into toontown and it had been glitching out so much disney had to start reseting servers making the game lag in alot more districts eventually this "Virus" got a little out of hand disney may of had to try to close toontown for maintence but it was so out of hand that they had to begin closing and it " closed early " because the virus glitched out again disney said that it closed because they had to change their gaming focus because they didnt want to tell their fans about this virus and how they had to do this any way you want to look at this though …

Once again, there are no users to nominate this month for Top Toon.
The first thing I thought of was closing down the program altogether. With the unfortunate closure of Toontown, I believe that the activity on this Wiki will eventually decline (more so than it has already). However, I would like the opinion of the community before making any decisions.

Well... Hi there. I'm Kay. Anyway that's stupid I'm going to start on the blog post now.
So I've enjoyed editing the wiki so far. I love(d) Toontown and I want it to be remembered as a really cool game. Luckily this wiki takes the game pretty seriously unlike a lot of online game wikis. (NEOPETS COUGH)
I'm excited to help out the wiki as much as I can, with my extensive knowledge of Toontown. I used to spend hours on Toontown just going through the streets... doing the Knock-Knock Jokes...

Here is advice from Jesse Schell posted on the big Toontown fansite known as Toontown Central. I felt that this needed to be spread further.
Hi Toontown fans -- this is Jesse Schell. You may have seen my red rabbit, Jaymo, running around Toontown sometime in the last 15 years.
I've been getting a ton of emails from Toontown fans, and I thought it might be useful for me to give some advice here, so that more people would hear about it.
First, let me say that I'm super sad about Disney's decision to shut Toontown. Toontown has been a big part of my life since 1998, when we first started working on it. To see it close is extremely depressing, when it means so much to so many people.

With the closure of Disney's Toontown Online, many have created private servers to keep the game alive. We would like to remind everyone that private servers are NOT allowed on the wiki.

Hey toons! As we all know, our beloved game has now been closed. But that doesn't mean Toontown Wiki will close either! Instead, we will be going through renovations and fixing up articles that need our attention.
"Wait, are you saying we are going to change the tense of the articles into past-tense?"
Not entirely. We COULD do that, but I want to ask everyone here if we should go through this. This would be a lot of work working on at least 3/4 of the 2,000+ articles that are in present-tense, because we would have to carefully examine the sentences and change them.
Project: Reorganization really means we will go fix up articles, re-write them if necessary, and add in any missing information. Here are some articles that could use a fix-up:
