Bored is a toon emotion. This emotion can be purchased from Clarabelle's Cattlelog.

The Bored expression can be seen as a toon statue under Toon Authority
The Bored expression is mentioned in Disney's "Flippy's Many Faces" document along with some other expressions that some of them (like Big Smile) are not found in-game.
