To get your Bossbot Cog Suit you will need to complete your Lawbot Cog Suit (Which you get once you get your Cashbot Cog Suit and do the Toontasks). Then take a task to visit Shep Ahoy of All for Nautical in Donald's Dock. Bossbot Suits are the hardest to max.
Toontask
Toons are required to go through a series of Toontasks given by Shep Ahoy. There are 3 parts to the series: Bossbot Corporate Ladder, V2.0 Cogs, and Flippy's Last Toontask.
Bossbot Corporate Ladder
This part requires Toons to defeat every Bossbot in order from Flunky to The Big Cheese.
V2.0 Cogs
Version 2.0 Cogs can only be found in Bossbot Headquarters. Toons will need to defeat 8 of these to progress.
Flippy's Task
The most shortest, and most simplest Toontask given rewards you the last Bossbot Cog Suit piece.
