Chip 'n Dale's Acorn Acres is a Toon playground located near Donald's Dock. Chip and Dale are the hosts of this this playground. The treasures of this neighborhood are acorns that heal a Toon by three laff points each.

There's a gazebo and a geyser as well as some picnic tables. The geyser is unique in that if you stand on the bubbling area in the water, the geyser will lift you in the air for a while and drop you back down. The picnic tables can seat four Toons each.

• The geyser can bounce Toons in the air for a limited time.

• There's a tunnel that is currently "Under Construction."
• This is the only playground to feature a large backdrop and 3D trees.
• Chip 'n Dale's MiniGolf is located near here.
• The paths seem to make the shape of an acorn.
• In Test ToonTown, the picnic tables have Chinese Checker games.
• In 2009, some toons retrieved information that Toontown would release new minigames behind the Under Construction Tunnel in Acorn Acres. It has not been released yet, and there is no word on whether it will be released, but rumors are still going around about a possible Cog Nation.
• This playground was visited by the Toon Troopers for jellybean fests.
• This is one of the only two neighborhoods that don't have cogs. (The other being Goofy Speedway.)
• This is the one of two playgrounds that dont have streets.
