Clip-On Tie is a cog attack used by Flunkies, Short Changes, and Telemarketers. This cog move is one of three tie attacks with two more powerful versions of it, Half Windsor and Power Tie.

Animation

1. The cog pulls out a crimson/yellow neck tie.
2. The cog throws the neck tie at the toon.
3. Damage will be dealt to the toon and the toon will lean backward.

• It is commonly used by cogs at the level 1 status even though a Telemarketer is seen using it in the image.
