The Cog Catcher (A.K.A dollar bill) is the first/third/fifth lure gag that disables a cog up to two rounds (1st), three rounds (2nd,) and four rounds (3rd). Like other Lure Gags, it has a little better accuracy when organic. It can activate traps but has a very low accuracy. It only targets one cog at a time.
