A cog summon can be used to summon a cog, a cog building, or a cog invasion.

A cog summon can be obtained by defeating the Chief Justice. You can get a regular cog summon, which summons only one specific cog (the cog will be summoned at the closest street spot to you as possible), or a higher class cog building summon which summons a cog building that the cog created, and finally an entire cog invasion summon which summons your specific type of cog and makes it an invasion. The type of cog you will be able to summon is shown in your Shticker Book's cog gallery. There is a special button that allows you to summon a cog, cog building, or cog invasion.

Trivia

Cog summons can not be used in the Welcome Valley district.
Cog summons can not be used in areas where cogs are not found, such as playgrounds or estates.
Depending on how hard the Chief Justice battle was, (Difficulty increases as average suit level does) you will get a better cog summons.
Sometimes toons will summon super strong cog buildings in Toontown Central (usually on an ideal district on Loopy Lane). They like to see the process of new toons going in and dying from the strong cogs inside. New toons really like cog buildings for some reason, so if a crowd of them were to come and find a cog building, they would try and jump inside. The buildings can be summoned by one toon, or by a group of them.
