Evidence is what you use to fight the Chief Justice in the CJ Battle. You grab some evidence from the evidence stand. If you run out of evidence, you will need to go back and get more. You can either throw the evidence at the scales or attack the Cogs with them, but the Cogs also throw Evidence back. When all Cogs are stunned by evidence, for 20 seconds all evidence thrown will count double. Be careful to throw the evidence at your side of the scale because if you throw it at the other side, the cogs will gain evidence. 
Trivia
- The Evidence Stand has an unlimited supply of evidence, but you only gain around 30 pieces of evidence at 1 time.
- The evidence from the toons can count to BOTH stands so be wary when throwing.
- If you seated 4 or less toons in the jury, then your weight will be increased. (Example: If there are 3 toons in the jury, your evidence will be increased by 5, same thing for anything lower then 4, you will gain extra weight, with a total of up to 8 extra weight.)
