Evil Eye is one of the strongest Cog moves. It can be performed by Corporate Raiders, Legal Eagles, and Two-Faces.

Animation

1. A Cog bends down a little to have a closer look at the Toon.
2. A red eye grows on the Cog's face.
3. The eye looks down at the targeted Toon. The Toon tries to duck.
   • HIT: The eye moves forward and attacks the Toon.
   • MISS: The Toon successfully ducks and receives no harm.
