Evil Eye is one of the strongest cog moves. It can be performed by Corporate Raiders, Legal Eagles, and Two-Faces.

Animation

1. A cog bends down a little to have a closer look at the toon.
2. A red eye grows on the cog's face.
3. The eye looks down at the targeted toon. The toon tries to duck.
   • HIT: The eye moves forward and attacks the toon.
   • MISS: The toon successfully ducks and receives no harm.
