Feather is the level 1 Toon-Up gag. Once a toon has completed their gag track training, they will be able to use the Feather to heal one toon.

The Feather can heal a single toon up to 10 laff points, or 11 when it is organic.

Animation

The toon using the feather will run to the center of the cog battle.
The toon takes out the feather.
Feather makes a tickling (more like squeaking) noise.
Other toon does the cringe movement while saying Ha Ha Ha, and recovers laff points.
The toon using the feather will run back to the original position.

Skill Points

To determine the next increase in laff heal for a Feather, take the number of skill points required to obtain the next gag and divide it by the number of increase (the maximum laff heal - the original laff heal). You should therefore get an estimate. In equation form:

$\frac{X - Y}{(M - O)}$

Where X represents the skill points for the next gag, Y represents the starting point of this gag, M represents the maximum laff heal, and O represents the original starting point.

The Feather equation:

${\frac {20-0}{10-8}}={\frac {20}{2}}=10$

For every 10 skill points, the Feather's healing attributes increase.

On the trading card, it is pink, but on the Gag image and when you're using it, it's yellow.
It is the only Toon-Up gag that non-member toons can get.
