A Friend request is from a Toon that wants to be your friend.
It is your choice to accept or decline the request. If you accept, you can always find him or her in the friends list located on the top right corner of the screen. It will show any of your friends who are online, including your doodle. Clicking the arrow on the right of the list will let you see all of your Toon friends, offline, and online. True friends will be highlighted in blue. If you become friends with someone and both of you have SpeedChat Plus, you will not be able to whisper to them with this feature until you have logged out.
