- Not to be confused with "Pink Slip", which is used to "fire" cogs.
Fired is a fire-based signature cog move of Tightwads. The damage is has is determined by what level the cogs is, shown below. The term "fired" has been taken from it's occupational definition meaning "to remove from office", and has been turned into it's denotative definition meaning "(past tense) to set fire to".
The Tightwad wiggles his fingers at the targeted Toon. Suddenley, a flame starts under your toon, causing it to turnblack and fall, try to get up, fail, try again, and succed. Or the Toon will jump out of the way of the the flames.

- In real life terms, fired means kicking somebody out of a company.
- This, and the Cold Caller's signature move, Hot Air, are usually confused between each other.
- Fired is a Tightwad 's signature attack.
- All of the Tightwad's "fired" beginning phrases have to do with fire for obvious reasons.
