A laff barrel
A laff barrel is an item in cog facilities. They are seen in the Sellbot Factory, the Cashbot mints, and the District Attorney's Office. It gives 8-15 laff points to any toon who touches it. Like other barrels, it turns dark after is has been used. The icon on laff barrels is an ice cream cone.
