Level 3 Cogs are weak Cogs in Toontown. They have 20 health points (eight more than the previous level). They can be found in the streets of Toontown Central, Donald's Dock, Daisy Gardens and Minnie's Melodyland. They also appear in weak Cog buildings as well as the Vice President and Chief Financial Officer battles. This is the weakest type of Cog that can be found in the Sellbot factory as well.
