Level 5 Cogs are weak Cogs in Toontown. They have 42 health points (12 more than the previous level). They are too powerful to walk in the streets of Toontown Central, but they are very common in the higher level streets of Donald's Dock, Daisy Gardens, and Minnie's Melodyland. They appear occasionally in Sleet Street and Walrus Way as well. The best way to find them is to go to the Sellbot Headquarters courtyard/factory. This is the maximum level for Cogs at the bottom of their respective corporate ladder.
