Lipstick is the level three Toon-Up gag. It succeeds the Megaphone but precedes the Bamboo Cane.

General

The Lipstick can be obtained by earning a total of 200 Toon-Up experience points.

The Lipstick can heal one toon a minimum of "25" laff points. Earning more Toon-Up skill points will increase the healing, maximizing into "30" laff points. If grown on a tree and is organic, the healing is increase by two (if the normal heal is 25-29) or three (if the normal heal is 30).

In the event that the lipstick misses, it will still restore between "5" and "7" laff points to the targeted toon depending on its skill points and organic status.

A toon can carry a maximum of five Lipsticks. As the toon obtains more gags in the Toon-Up track, the carrying capacity increases to a maximum of twenty.

Y represents the starting point of this gag
M represents the maximum laff heal
O represents the original starting point

To determine the next increase in laff heal for a Lipstick, take the number of skill points required to obtain the next gag and divide it by the number of increase (the maximum laff heal - the original laff heal). You should therefore get an estimate.

The Lipstick equation:

For every 100 skill points, the Lipstick's healing attributes increase.

The toon using the gag will run to the center of the cog battle.
The toon takes out Lipstick.
The Lipstick makes a *bling* noise.
The toon makes a lip image with the Lipstick.

The healing toon throws the kiss to another toon in battle.
That toon is healed 25-33 (or 6, if it misses) laff points.
The healing toon will run back to the original position.
