Lipstick is the level 3 Toon-Up Gag. It can be obtained by earning a total of 200 Toon-Up skill points.

The Lipstick can heal a single Toon up to 30 Laff Points.

Animation

Toon takes out lipstick.
Lipstick makes *bling* noise.
Lipstick makes lip image.
Lipstick makes kiss noise.
Toon throws the kiss to the chosen toon.
The Toon is healed 27-33 Laff Points.
