Mover & Shakers are the fifth cog on the corporate ladder of Sellbots. Their levels range from five to nine.
Appearance
Mover and Shakers are a tall tan faced cog with a huge smile. It has a small, curly mustache.
Field Offices
- Main article: Field office
Movers & Shakers are the owners of field offices. They were rewarded with them for stealing jokes from toon shopkeepers. In the maze contained inside the field office, four colossal Movers & Shakers must be defeated with water balloons to reach the other half of the field office. Running into them will result in 6-30 laff points lost, depending on the neighborhood that the field office is in.

Trivia
- The Mover & Shaker Cog looks similar to a Bloodsucker, albeit without the fangs. They also share a head mesh.
- The Flappy Cog statue is a Mover & Shaker.
- A Quake used by a level nine Mover & Shaker is the strongest cog attack used by a level nine cog. It's also the second strongest attack on all Toons along with the Robber Baron's Power Trip.
- It has three cog moves that are similar/resemble to earthquakes: Quake, Tremor and Shake.
- Its game appearance looks much different than its trading card appearance.
- In field offices only, Movers & Shakers appear to be walking in the same appearance as if they were using the Shake or Tremor attack.
- Mover & Shakers are the only cogs with an "&" sign in their name.
- On the trading card, he is seen shaking hands with a duck Toon in a very rapid speed, which almost made the Toon dizzy.
