Play Hardball is a Cog Move. The move can be performed by Loan Sharks and Corporate Raiders (both of which are Building Only Cogs)

Animation

1. The Cog pulls out a baseball and says a phrase.
2. The Cog will then throw it to the targeted Toon.
   • If the move hits, the ball will hit the Toon's head, causing the Toon to fall backwards on its bottom. The Toon will eventually get up.
   • If the move misses, the Toon will move out of the way as the ball is thrown.
