Template:Needimage Restraining Order is a Signature Cog Move of Backstabbers.

The Backstabber pulls out a paper and tosses it at the toon.
If the Backstabber hits, the Toon bounces around similarly to if they were stuck in the Red Tape.
If the Backstabber misses, the toon jumps and the the paper will disappear.

A restraining order is a document that says people must be a certain distance away, or they are arrested. Movie stars use many of these.
