A Robber Baron is the eighth Cog on the corporate ladder of Cashbots. Their levels range from eight to twelve. They are building-only Cogs, unless there is an invasion.

- Inflatable Robber Barons were first introduced with victory parties.
- Robber Barons have the same head mesh as a Yesman, Glad Hander, and a Mr. Hollywood.
- Robber Barons are the only Cashbots that can use a group attack.
- Robber Barons have many firearm references in-game, but Disney did not let them use a gun.
- On the trading card, the Robber Baron is using his fingers to look like a gun while forcing a Toon to empty the Jellybeans out of his pockets.
- Its weakness is the $10 Bill because "They can't get money that runs from them." [Citation Needed »]*According to the back of the trading card, the Robber Baron likes monopolies and plundering; however, the Robber Baron dislikes Toons and capital gains tax.
- Its Power Trip does the most damage (21) compared to the Big Wig, Mr. Hollywood, and The Mingler.
- In the Series 3 trading card, the Robber Baron has a more defined jawline than in-game.
