Rub Out is a signature cog move of Pencil Pushers.

Animation

A cog pulls out a pencil and a writing pad.
The Cog will use the pencil's eraser and erase something in the writing pad.
As the Cog rubs the eraser at the pad paper, the toon's head disappears, then its body, and then its legs. As the Cog is finished with the move, the Toon appears again. If the attack misses, he/she moves out of the way.
