Sacked is a Signature Cog Move of Downsizers. (This means it can only be used by Downsizers.)
Animation
1 TheDownsizer says a phrase, and tosses a brown sack at the targeted Toon.
2 The Toon will get hit and trapped in the sack, collapsing in the process. The Toon will slowly get up as the sack vanishes.
3 If the move misses, the Toon will move away from its place as the sack lands. The sack vanishes in the process.
