Storm Cloud is the Level 6 Squirt Gag.
Animation
- The Toon using the Storm Cloud will pull out a trigger box.
- The Toon activates the switch, and a storm cloud appears above the targeted Cog's head.
- A shower of raindrops and lightning will appear from the cloud (Thunder and rain can be heard).
- The Cog looks up and notices the storm, shaking and trembling while being stunned.
- The storm cloud eventually vanishes, and the Cog will either return to normal or be destroyed.

Trivia
- This Gag used to be the final level Squirt Gag you could receive, but the arrival of Level 7 Gags have changed this.
- This gag is enough to destroy a Level 7 cog if it has maximum damage.
- Legal Eagles hate this Gag according to the Toon News, as it said that "high flyers hate lightning clouds". (They prefer not getting striked from a lightning bolt).
- It is an advanced Gag, meaning it is very powerful.
- This gag is enough to destory a Level 12 lured cog but you have to use 2 clouds to destory it, while lured.
- There is a similar, yet weaker Cog move called Liquidate, which is used mainly by Bloodsuckers.
- Many Uber Toons have this Gag.
- This gag is enough to destory a Lured Level 9 cog if maximum damage.
Legal Eagles are weak to this gag.
