A Test Toon is a Toon who has an account on the Toontown Online Test Server. Test Toons report bugs, glitches, and crashes in the game to enhance gameplay. They are famed for commissioning the Toon Council to create Speedchat Plus. They usually get to experience major events and releases before the general public, only because Test Toons report any problems with the new game material.
