Like other neighborhoods, you will have to earn 16 frames of the gag track animation film. These are earned by completing random Toontasks that HQ Officers offer for them.

- Deliver a Whole Cream Pie to Cleff.
- Return to Fifi.
- Deliver inventory to Tom.
Carry 4 Toontasks
- Visit Anna.
- Recover Lumber Jack's ticket from Glad Handers.
- Return to Anna.
- Deliver ticket to Lumber Jack.
- Visit Anna.
- Recover Tabitha's ticket from Glad Handers.
- Visit Anna.
- Deliver ticket to Tabitha.
- Visit Anna.
- Recover Barry's ticket from Glad Handers.
- Return to Anna.
- Deliver ticket to Barry.

Laff Boost
Unlike other neighborhoods, all of the laff boost Toontasks in Minnie's Melodyland are random Toontasks offered by HQ Officers.

- Return to Dr. Fret.
- Defeat 6 Lawbots in Minnie's Melodyland.
- Return to Dr. Fret.
