Toontown Sign Factory is a toon building on Silly Street, Toontown Central. Its NPC toon is Bill Board.
Trivia
- This shop used to have no NPCs, but after an update to Toontown, Bill Board became the NPC.
- Unlike all other shops, this shop does not have a sign inside with its name.
- When a toon walks in from the front side, they can see something foggy, indicating that something was removed from it.This building is minor. This means that its shopkeeper, if any, does not offer any necessary ToonTasks to Toons.
