When you get a task for Medium Pouch (25) you are asked to fish four tires for one of Loony Louis's clown cars. Then he asks you to have Lucy Tires (Crack Up Auto Repair, Loopy Lane) to repair them. After a series of tasks, Lucy has you give the tires back to Louis.
