Project Downsize

I was talking with the admin about making little "This article is a stub" type thingies at the end of every article that's a stub on a certain topic.
For example:
This article about a street building is a stub. You can help the ToonTown Wiki by expanding it.

This article about a gag is a stub. You can help the ToonTown Wiki by expanding it.
Those would go at the end of every article that had something to do with that subject.
By doing this, we could organize articles that needed more work and make the articles look visually appealing too.
