Whistle is the Level 2 Sound Gag.

Animation

The Toon using the whistle will pull out a whistle from the right pocket area.
The Toon will step forward, and a whistle will appear from the megaphone, creating a whistle noise that stuns the Cog(s). If it misses, the Cog will not do anything and the words 'MISSED' will appear.
The Cog will either return back to normal or be destroyed.

Trivia

The Whistle is a very weak Sound Gag, therefore it is not used often and is usually used by Toons who want their Sound to be a higher level.
According to the "Toon News for the Amused", Telemarketers dislike this Gag because "they hate that when you do that on the phone."
As a Sound Gag, the Whistle does not get a Lure Bonus for hitting the Cog.
It is the only level 2 Gag that will not destroy a Level 1 Cog alone.
On the trading card, it is being used on a Penny Pincher with gears and screws poppying out of his head because of the dreadful noise.
