This article is about the level four Throw gag. For more uses of "Pie", see Pie. |
The Whole Fruit Pie is the level four Throw gag. It succeeds the Cream Pie Slice but precedes the Whole Cream Pie. It has a weaker counterpart called the Fruit Pie Slice.
General
The Whole Fruit Pie can be obtained once the toon earns a total of 400 Throw skill points. A toon can move up to the next level gag, the Whole Cream Pie, after earning a total of 2,000 Throw skill points.
At first, the Whole Fruit Pie can deal a maximum damage of "24". The maximum damage gradually increases if the Throw skill bar increases, maximizing to a damage of "27" after obtaining the next gag. If grown on a tree and is organic, the maximum damage increases by two.
As with all Throw gags, except the Wedding Cake, the Whole Fruit Pie targets one cog.
A toon can carry a maximum of five Whole Fruit Pies when first obtained. After earning the Birthday Cake gag, a toon can carry a maximum of fifteen Whole Fruit Pies.
Skill points
|
To determine the next increase in cog damage for a Whole Fruit Pie, take the number of skill points required to obtain the next gag and divide it by one more than the number of increase (the maximum cog damage + 1 - the original cog damage). By using this method, you will get an estimate of the increase in damage.
The Whole Fruit Pie equation:
For every 400 skill points, the Whole Fruit Pie's damage attributes increase.
Damage | Skill points |
---|---|
24 | 400 |
25 | 800 |
26 | 1200 |
27 | 1600 |
Animation
- The toon will pull a pie out, and hurl it at the targeted cog, making an indigo splat on the cog's head.
- The cog will be stunned, and then either return back to normal or be destroyed.
Trading card
Trivia
- This is the last Throw gag a free player can obtain.
- The Glad Hander is weak to this gag because "it makes handshakes sticky!"
- Like the Cream Pie, the trading card only lists the stats for the whole version, not the slice version.
- The gag image looks like a pie with blueberries on the top; however these specks are not visible on the gag itself.
